Musicians Meet Up

Music in The Woods is a place for musicians of all types to gather and share their talents and passions. Many of the musicians that joined our “meet up” brought along family and friends who joined in with vocal harmonies, clapping, or back up rhythms!   A young sisterly duo, seven and four years old donned in tutus, excitedly performed a dance piece, a mother and daughter duo brought a folk song, a father and son brought a jazz ballad, a brother and sister brought a harp and flute piece. The day was filled with warm hearts, open invitations for collaboration and many new friendships were formed. Music had the incredible bonding power to invite strangers together, create bonds and fill the room and our spirits with joy.
